List není dochován, ale o jeho existenci svědčí Husova zmínka v listu B-S 234 (= Kor. č. 110), psaném po 19. I. 1414. Novotný, Kor., s. 234: O formě listu mínil Hus, že byla „dura“, ač list nemohl čísti, dostav jej po zachycení Michalem de Causis toliko k nahlédnutí od svých soudců a domnívaje se, že jest to list M. Jana Kerdinála z Rejnštejna (asi č. 98).
